Confidentiality is super important to me because relationships have to be built on trust. For that reason, I won’t share anything you say to me outside of our sessions unless I am legally required to do so (and even then, the strength of our relationship will ultimately be the deciding factor). 🙂

All information disclosed within sessions and the written records pertaining to those sessions are confidential and may not be revealed to anyone without your written permission, except where disclosure is required by law.
